Navii Estates – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Navii Estates! By booking a stay through our website (www.naviiestates.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your reservation. These terms are designed to protect both you and the property owner and ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone.
1. Agreement to Terms
By placing a booking through our website, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Agree to abide by the terms outlined herein, including all house rules
2. Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- The person booking is financially responsible for all guests included in the reservation.
- Any falsified booking (e.g., underage guests, undisclosed visitors) may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in for a partial refund (if applicable based on your selected rate).
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the full booking amount.
4. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM
- Late check-outs may incur additional charges unless previously approved.
Upon check-out, guests must:
- Load all used dishes in the dishwasher
- Place used towels and linens on the floor
- Return keys to the lockbox and notify the host
- Leave the space in reasonably clean condition
5. Security Deposit and Damages
- You agree to be held financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft caused during your stay.
- Significant damage or breach of house rules may result in additional charges, including:
- Cost of repairs or replacements
- Deep cleaning fees (e.g., smoking, pet-related cleaning)
- Lost income due to downtime
Any damages must be reported immediately to the host via phone at +1 (403) 999-1913.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Navii Estates is not responsible for:
- Accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Power outages or service interruptions outside of our control
You assume all risks associated with your stay, including any third-party services or amenities used in the surrounding area.
7. House Rules
Guests must agree to the following house rules before booking:

- No parties or events
- No smoking, open flames, or candles
- No pets
✅ REQUIRED:
- Keep the space clean and free of stains
- Avoid damaging furniture or chairs
- Supervise children at all times
- Report any damage immediately
- Respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Be considerate of neighbors

- In-suite laundry available
- Extra duvet for sofa bed
- Free Netflix and Prime Video on TV
- Street parking available
- Nearby mall, restaurants, bars, and train station
8. Guest Conduct and Eviction
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund for any of the following:
- Violation of house rules
- Causing disturbances or nuisance to neighbors
- Failure to disclose the accurate number of guests
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
